Meet the Team
DISCOVER. IDENTIFY. SUCCEED.
From our home team in Atlanta to experts across the country, we work collaboratively to produce the very best research assets for our national clientele. Our team has a singular focus: we help trial lawyers win cases. We intend to do nothing less than revolutionize the method by which Personal Injury, Products Liability, and Consumer Class Action cases are both valued and won.
+ Paul Littrell, Jr.
CEO & WHISTLEBLOWER ENTHUSIAST
After spending too long on the dark side defending insurance companies, Paul came into the light 18 years ago and began partnering with some of the most accomplished plaintiff-side trial lawyers in the country. Strongly influenced by his father, a World War II veteran, master merchant, and hardware entrepreneur, he feels truly fortunate to be able to do something he loves while making a positive impact in the lives of the catastrophically injured and their families. He is most inspired by team-building, creating relationships between others, and the dunes and waves of St. Simons Island, Georgia.
"I will act now for now is all I have.”
+ Iris Littrell
VP OF TECH AND FINANCE
Iris oversees the company's technological and financial issues. Her job encompasses the alphabet. She’s HR, AR/AP, and CRM all rolled into one. Years of experience as a music teacher has taught her how to bring harmony into a frenetic-paced work environment. She is highly detail-oriented, so she never misses a beat.
"You're never fully dressed without a smile."
+ Eric Wilson
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Eric is the glue that holds everything together. From making key decisions on how to serve our clients more efficiently, to explaining the fine nuances of cases to the team, Eric is the one on whom we all depend. We call Eric the "VP of Client Happiness." When you get to know Eric, you realize how much he loves good food.
"Practice rigorous authenticity. Surrender the outcome. Do the uncomfortable work.”
+ Molly Leone
VP OF MARKETING
Molly’s creative nature makes her a perfect fit for her role in Social Media and Marketing. She is also responsible for managing conferences, sponsorships, company travel, and sales support. Previously the VP of Project Management and Intake for two years, Molly has worn many hats with Stratejic and is likely a voice you recognize if you’ve worked with us before. A native of Marietta, she spends her free time with her husband and friends, cooking and cocktail making. She is inspired by God, nature… and of course Pinterest.
+ Connor McDuffie
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS AFFAIRS
Connor is an emerging face in the company. We call him "The Listener" because he pays attention to your needs and concerns and helps realize the best outcome for your case. Born in Atlanta, Connor enjoys being part of a team and working with his hands. He served our nation’s interests in Afghanistan for three years. When asked about his favorite sound, his response was “Dinner’s ready!"
"I'm not that interesting of a person.”
+ John Ivansthenko
VP OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
John manages all aspects of our Whistleblower cases once they reach the Vetting stage. His attention to detail and his affable style helps him manage and mentor his highly trained team members who are on the front-line conversing with knowledgeable Ex-employees. John is always available to discuss the vetting process.
“Opportunities don’t happen. You create them."
"Paul and his team have demonstrated a real proficiency for identifying and acquiring Insider Fact Witnesses who have the potential for bolstering claims, and in my own practice their unique solutions have represented a positive return on my investment."
