THE VETTING

Vetting is what transforms the EEL's raw data into game-changing stories and testimony.  Our vetting team members take the time to develop relationships with the formerly-employed people we've sourced and create conversations that make them feel safe and valued.

Why makes Stratejic's Vetting so successful?

  1. Stratejic's Vetting Team Members are not lawyers (no offense).  Having no need to cross this particular barrier tends to get our calls off to a running start!

  2. Stratejic's Vetting Team Members are not investigators.  While investigators are skilled in gathering facts, Stratejic Vetting Team Members' primary focus is in being Known, Liked, and Trusted by those we call.  The rest follows naturally.

Required Information to Proceed

  1. Please provide a brief summary of the case. This will assist the interviewers in understanding the context and background prior to contacting involved parties.

  2. Please provide 7 to 15 questions to be asked during the interview. The exact number and content of these questions are at your discretion. If you wish, you may also provide a script for the interviewers to follow.

  3. Indicate the date by which you would like the calls to be completed. Ideally, we recommend allowing 30 days for this process.

  4. Please specify whether the interviewer may reference the incident or your law firm during the calls.

  5. Please indicate if, as a last resort, we are permitted to leave generic voicemails for or send texts to, the parties if direct contact cannot be made.
