Former Tenant Searches
Need former tenants on your premises case that could speak about the complex was unsafe? Have a case at a dorm and need former residents who could speak about how management was unresponsive and turned the other way?
Corporate Structure Analysis Report
The review focuses on identifying parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated carriers, and any additional entities that may share management, assets, or operational responsibilities. Public records, corporate registrations, DOT/FMCSA filings, and business disclosures are examined to map the organization's structure and surface potential avenues for responsibility, exposure, or recovery. The results provide a clear, high-level overview of the entity’s footprint, any notable red flags, and key leads for potential follow-up. Depending on the findings, a Phase II review may be recommended to obtain further documentation, analyze financial relationships, or conduct deeper OSINT research into executives, related companies, or asset positioning.
Social Media Capture
This review is often used in litigation, where securing digital evidence online is critical.
The scope focuses on identifying, preserving, and capturing relevant online or social media content from publicly accessible platforms, including posts, comments, photos, videos, and associated metadata. The process documents the online presence at a specific point in time to mitigate the risk of deletion, account changes, or content manipulation. Deliverables consist of a time-stamped, forensic-style archive that can serve as a defensible record should questions arise about authenticity. Depending on the matter, the review can be supplemented with ongoing monitoring or deeper OSINT analysis to identify newly posted content, uncover additional accounts or online activity, and surface broader behavioral or reputational indicators.

Depending on the results, a Phase II review may be recommended to obtain additional detail, verify assets, or pursue more specialized investigative step

Red-Flag Background Investigation
The red-flag background investigation is designed for situations requiring a quick turnaround. Research draws on numerous proprietary databases, public records, news media, and government repositories, with a focus on confirming the subject's background information and identifying critical red flags and warning signs of potential problems. Research is primarily focused on online sources and goes back 10 years. It is typically used immediately before entering into a business or financial relationship, investment, or researching an opposing party or witness in litigation. While the resources used are comprehensive and reliable, they have limitations -- there is no substitute for hands-on research, particularly with regard to civil court and criminal history records. The deliverable is a four- to five-page memo summarizing key information identified during the investigation, with recommendations for further investigation. Turnaround is 4 to 8 business days.
Professional Background Investigation
The professional background investigation goes beyond the red-flag approach by digging deeper into the individual's professional history, business interests, financial status, civil litigation history, and regulatory issues. In addition to online sources, research includes multiple proprietary databases and is supplemented with targeted searches in the jurisdictions where the person has resided. Hands-on court research goes back 20 years, and the investigation includes review, summary, and copies of select court filings. The deliverable is a multipage memo outlining findings, with an emphasis on potential red-flag issues, and includes screenshots and select court filings. Turnaround is 5 to 10 business days.
Comprehensive Background Investigation
The comprehensive background investigation is the most thorough option, covering everything included in the professional investigation plus additional analysis of business interests and court filings, a deep review of social media, and intelligence developed through sources. It also includes a review of the dark web, assets, credit history (with consent), and political contributions, designed to identify conspicuous consumption warnings or close political connections. Research is conducted using proprietary databases and hands-on court research dating back 25 years or more. Relevant litigation documents and other filings identified during the investigation are retrieved. A thorough review of asset information is also conducted to identify potential lifestyle issues. The deliverable is a detailed report outlining everything identified during the investigation, including copies of court filings and other key findings. Turnaround is 10 to 15 business days.
